Machining
International Oilfield Services brings together modern machining equipment and a team of skilled machinists to provide clients with exceptionally made equipment for virtually any industrial project. We can machine large components, weldments and castings for oilfields and construction , without sacrificing accuracy and reliability. Some of our machining equipment includes:
- Lathe (Up to 3m length and 350mm ø)
- Grinding Machine (cylindrical up to 3m length and 350mm ø)
- Press Up to 100 tons
- Test Bench for Sling Certifications (Up to 12m & 100 tons)
In addition to manufacturing new equipment (often to customized specifications) IOS’s state-of-the-art machine shop and qualified personnel repair and remanufacture damaged equipment back to OEM standards. All equipment is certified to industry standards, ensuring reliability and quality that clients can count on.
