IOS offers cold cutting services suitable for tubular pipe from 7” up to 32” in diameter / Pipe up to 1″1/2 thick.
Pneumatically operated, lightweight and low profile in design, IOS cold cutter packages are ideal for use on the rig floor on gas and oil fields, delivering a range of precision wellhead finish machine straight or bevel cuts to suit client requirements.

Our proven know-how and equipment is highly customized to meet the unique and complex requirements of bolted gasket assemblies such as raised face and ring-type joint flanges, as well as heat exchanger and manway flanges up to 24″.

Our technicians can work effectively in and around the confines of boilers and heat exchangers. Special purpose machines are available to suit the wide range of pipe diameters.

IOS offers hard banding services to complement our comprehensive range of welding services. We are an approved applicator of all major hard banding types such as ARNCO and Duraband for drill pipes, heavy weight drill pipes, and drill collars. In addition, we also provide build up services for tool joints to restore them to their original condition.

Hydrostatic pressure tests are conducted to make sure that all tools and equipment are up-to-par by ensuring that all pressure vessels are impervious to leaks and blockage, which can diminish resources or even harm individuals if not addressed.
Air and water are circulated through a test-site using powerful pumps and considered successful when no leaks are detected over an extended period of time. Our experienced operators have been trained to diagnose any issue and resolve it quickly, saving you time and money!
